Children Policy:

1 child under 5 years old stays free of charge (F.O.C) when sharing the same bed and all services with parents.
In case there are 2 children under 5 years old sharing with parents — a 75% surcharge of adult rate will apply for the second child.
Children from 5 to under 11 years old staying on a separate bed will be charged 75% of the adult rate, sharing the same cabin with parents.
2 children under 11 years old sharing one private cabin: charge 100% of one adult rate.
1 child under 11 staying in a private cabin: charge 80% of the full cabin rate.
Children from 11 years old and above are considered as adults.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 21 days before check-in: Free of charge
10–20 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
4–9 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
Less than 3 days before check-in or No-show: 100% of total rate

Cancellation due to Bad Weather

If cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, the policy will be applied depending on the timing:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (no services used): 100% refund
During the trip (some services used such as transfer, lunch, hotel, etc.): only unused services will be refunded
If the itinerary is shortened from 2D1N to 1D, guests will be charged for a 1-day cruise and used services, and the remainder will be refunded.
The final settlement will be confirmed via email by our travel consultant.
