If the trip is canceled by the Management Board of Ninh Binh or due to weather conditions:

Before departure from Hanoi (no service used): 100% refund
During the trip (some services used such as transfer, lunch, etc.): only unused services will be refunded
If the itinerary is shortened, guests will be charged for the actual services used; the remainder will be refunded.
